Meet Sharon Sigman

A Kansas City native through and through, Sharon Sigman brings 30 years of real estate expertise and a deep-rooted love for her community to every client relationship. A graduate of Shawnee Mission East, Sharon went on to earn both her BA and MA from the University of California at Berkeley before returning home to begin her career as an English and homebound teacher in the Shawnee Mission School District — a foundation that shaped her patience, communication, and genuine care for people.

Sharon transitioned into real estate and never looked back. She built and ran her own brokerage before joining RE/MAX, where she has since established herself as one of the top agents in the region, earning her place on the #2 Greater Kansas City RE/MAX Team and collecting numerous awards for top listing and selling production. She holds the CRS designation — a credential earned by just 5% of REALTORS® nationwide — a testament to her commitment to excellence and professional mastery.

Outside of real estate, Sharon is a proud mother of three daughters and grandmother of four granddaughters. Her household is a full and happy one, shared with two English Cream Golden Retrievers, a Great Pyrenees, and two rescued cats. She recently returned to one of her earliest passions — painting in acrylics and watercolors — and loves traveling to Los Angeles, where two of her daughters and granddaughters call home.
